You’ll work alongside experienced agents who teach you how to generate leads, serve clients, and close deals — all while building the habits that lead to long-term success. Phase 1 - Licensing
Get licensed fast through our guided training program. In just 10 days, you’ll complete your coursework, prepare for the state exam, and receive step-by-step support from our team. No prior experience needed — just motivation and the desire to start something new.
Phase II - Apprenticeship
Earn $1,000 per month during your 90-day paid apprenticeship while learning side-by-side with experienced agents. Master lead generation, client communication, and deal management through real-world practice, daily check-ins, and personalized one-on-one mentorship.
Phase III - Launch
Graduate into full production with confidence. You’ll have access to ongoing leads, marketing tools, coaching, and broker support to help you grow fast and sustainably. By the end of your 100 days, you’ll be ready to build your business and income on your own terms.
